Vikas ShirodkarVikas Shirodkar

Vikas is a Psychology Graduate, an M.A. in Organization & Industrial Psychology and a Fellow of IIM – C in PM & IR. He won 3 Gold Medals from University of Bombay for B.A. and M.A. A regular writer and speaker on management topics, Vikas has received training on HRD practices in ICI, UK, J & J USA and on Assessment Centers in Singapore. He has also widely traveled in US, Europe, South East Asia and Australia to study HR policies & trends.

 

Vikas has over 33 years of high quality and multi-dimensional experience in HR. He started his career with HCL at Delhi and then worked with Siemens at their Corporate office and Kalwa plant. He joined Atul Products Ltd in 1991 and was with them till 1997 as their GM Personnel. Thereafter Vikas joined Johnson & Johnson as VP HR & Admin rising to Asia Pacific Regional Director in 2009. His last employment was with General Motors India as their HR Head.

 

Vikas has received several accolades and was awarded for Innovative HR Practices that drive Business Results at the hands of Shri APJ Abdul Kalam, President of India. He was also named in the “Top 40 HR Superstars in Asia” by HCA, Singapore and awarded for Excellence in HR by the Bombay Management Association & was the recipient of Indira Super Achiever awardee in 2012.

 

Apart from his strong strategic orientation to HR, Vikas has a passion for Learning & Development.

Ramchandra RaoRamchandra Rao

Ram is a senior Human Resource professional with over 33 years of high quality, multi-faceted experience with top notch Indian and multinational organizations

 

Ram is a graduate in Commerce and thereafter did his MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. He started his career with Indian Aluminium Company, Ltd. (Indal) as Assistant Superintendent – Personnel. Thereafter he joined Blow Plast Ltd and rose to become its Vice President – Personnel. Ram was also associated with Wockhardt Ltd. as Vice President - Human Resources, responsible for their Hospitals Business and European Operations, the Hinduja Group in India as Group President – HR. Ram’s last assignment was with the GVK Group as Director – Human Resources and Group HR Head.

 

Ram has worked in the entire spectrum of strategic and transactional HR and has been a Manager, Leader, Mentor and Trainer. In the last 10 years or so as a member of top management Ram has worked as a Business Leader, aligning the HR Function to Business Strategy and building people capability.

 

Ram has also been active in Industry Associations and between 1996 & 1999 was the Chairman of the IR & HR Committee of the CII in the Western Region. He was also a member of the Employers Federation of India.

Mahesh GodboleMahesh Godbole

Mahesh has a B Com degree from Pune University followed by an MPM in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He is also a Law Graduate.

 

Mahesh started his career in 1985 with Ceat Limited as Plant HR Manager. Thereafter he has been associated with several reputed organizations such as Elpro International Limited, Black & Decker Bajaj, Hikal Ltd, Ciba Specialty Chemicals and Reliance Life Sciences as Vice President –Human Resources. Before starting off on his own in 2010, Mahesh was Head – HR for Sandoz Pvt Ltd, A Novartis Group Company.

 

Mahesh has over 28 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, specializing in areas of building processes & structures that enable achievement of business and strategic objectives. He possesses strong analytical ability and proven competence to handle complex people issues proactively.

 

As an independent HR consultant since 2010, Mahesh has been supporting organizations in HR matters such as setting up businesses in India, Staffing strategy, design of organization Structures, Job Descriptions, Grading & Compensation structures, Performance Management Processes, Key talent identification, career ladders and succession planning, HR due Diligence for acquisitions, mergers, partnering etc., HR Audit of HR processes, legal and Statutory compliance, running Assessment centers, Employee relations strategy in collective bargaining situations and all support needed for improving employee engagement levels.

 

Mahesh is a Certified Coach, with a PCC from International Coaching Federation. He has done Executive Coaching with special focus on HR and line leaders.
